We had a wonderful time in a lovely cottage. Mrs Heather Mitchell - 22nd May 2018
Beautiful cottage with great attention to detail that meant we had a very comfortable stay. Really lovely to receive the welcome food in the fridge and yummy cake. Thank youMr Richard Tozer - 16th April 2018
We really enjoyed out stay in the cottage. We had everything we needed and more. All the food provided for the welcome was a real treat, especially the cake! There wasn’t a single thing that we wished was provided that wasn’t already here. The only disappointing thing was the weather. Despite this we still had a great time – exploring Sandringham, Mundesley, Overstrand, Cromer and Wells-next-the-sea, as well as others. Also visited Felbrigg and Blickling for National Trust. Both of which were lovely. The children particularly enjoyed the games you provided and had a lot of fun every evening with these. The memory jars were also a really lovely touch – thank you! Lovely park and village green – with much football played. Thank you for everything.Richard, Hannah, Oliver and Isabel Tozer - 14th April 2018
A very well equipped house with lots of wonderful personal touches, a very appreciated welcome cake and other goodies Mrs Geraldine Brookman - 8th April 2018
We had an awesome week staying in your lovely cottage, one of the nicest and best equipped we have stayed in. The small touches like the welcome goodies were much appreciated - the cake was delicious. We spent all of our time on the coast from Cromer to Wells; the amusements came in handy during the rain! Try the Norfolk gin - we’ve taken a couple of bottles home! The Brookman Party - 6th April 2018
Cottage is definitely one of the best we have stayed in with lots of attention to detail and thoughtful touches, in addition to being really well equipped. Thanks for the welcome goodies - much appreciated after a long and arduous journey from Manchester. The delicious cake didn’t last long. We struggled to find many cottages through NCC which had bike storage. The facility you have is really excellent and a real bonus. In spite of the weather - snow, arctic winds and bitterly cold temperatures - it’s been a lovely week.Louisa and David - 23rd March 2018
We have enjoyed staying in your lovely house. It is so well equipped and very comfortable. We found the location is ideally situated for coast and county walks - done several. Hope to return here soon!Peter and Jean - 12th March 2018
Beautiful house in a lovely location. The owner has clearly put a great deal of thought into making this a comfortable, contemporary retreat, but sympathetically maintaining many of the traditional features. Well equipped and clean, with everything a family would need for a week-long stay. Lots of lovely little touches, even down to the sumptuous towels! The house is set in a pretty village and nicely located for short drives to many of the local sights such as Cromer, Blakeney and the seals at Sea Palling. We enjoyed a wonderful stay over Christmas at No 2 The Green. A beautiful house sympathetically renovated to maintain many traditional features, the property is cosy and inviting; a real 'home away from home'. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped, we had everything we needed for a week long stay, down to the dishwasher tablets and laundry capsules! Our children, aged 11, 8 and 2, loved exploring the house. Our only regret was that winter weather meant we couldn't make more use of the garden! The provisions, including milk, eggs, bacon and a bottle of bubbly, were much appreciated, as was the delicious home-made chocolate cake! The house is situated in the lovely village of Aldborough, overlooking the green and village playground. Well located and within easy drives of many sights including Cromer, Blakeney and Sheringham, the highlight of our visit was an afternoon of seal watching at Sea Palling! A thoroughly enjoyable and memorable stay, we would highly recommend the house and are sure to return again. Beautiful property in a delightful setting. Perfect for families. Well equipped and homely. Can't think of a nice place to have stayed over Christmas. Will definitely return!S Tye - 15th January 2018
We all had such a wonderful time in your beautiful house. This was the children’s first Christmas spent away. The small personal touches really made it special and the children’s eyes lit up when they found their stocking complete with reindeer food! It goes without saying that we all enjoyed the delicious chocolate cake and the provisions were much appreciated. Thank you so much for a lovely Christmas. The Harrison Family - 29th December 2017
Beautiful cosy cottageMrs Claire Hopkins - 5th November 2017
Thanks for a wonderful stay – we were all cosy and comfortable and found everything we needed in the cottage. Really appreciated the tea/coffee/cupcakes etc. and the kids loved the memory jars. The Daines Family - 24th October 2017
We have had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. We were so impressed and happy on arrival at the thoughtful touches including the delicious cake! Our 1 year old daughter, Ella, loved her holiday here. Thank you for all the choice of games and books. A wonderful time spent on Cromer beach and an amazing pub meal at the Gunton Arms. We will return. The Allen Family - 3rd October 2017
Re-visiting North Norfolk after 38 years! Couldn’t have found anywhere nicer to stay. We appreciated the welcoming goodies and the wonderful presentation of the cottage and all the facilities. An excellent centre for exploring the area and the heritage of East Anglia. Thanks for organising excellent weather too!David & Valerie Johnson - 30th September 2017
A beautifully appointed little cottage. Once we’d got to grips with the kitchen technology we quickly settled in; light and airy but still cosy. We were fully catered for, thank you. We will be recommending this lovely cottage to all our friends.Mr Broadhurst - 19th September 2017
Awesome place, love the contemporary feel. Love all the attention to detail, e.g. comprehensive guest folder, dog biscuits, cake etc. Thanks for all the food, cleaning products and tabs [dishwasher/washing]… all extremely useful when you’re away. Everything was perfect, so thank you for a great place to stay. Francis, Scott and Bella the dog - 15th September 2017
Beautiful property will definitely stay again Miss Sarah El-Salamani - 12th September 2017
What a lovely cottage. Very comfortable and love the décor. The welcome treats were a lovely extra. The village of Aldborough is really nice. Plenty of dog walks. People friendly. Had lovely days at Cromer, Overstrand beach, Wells-next-the-sea and of course fish and chips. Jack (the dog) loved his doggy treats and the garden.Catherine, Sarah, Greg and Jack the Boxer dog - 8th September 2017
Thanks for a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful - it’s evident a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into it. Perfect for our small family. Very child friendly too. Little touches are lovely too, such as the memory jar in the children’s bedroom and the supplies in the fridge on arrival were most appreciated. We’ve had a great stay in a beautiful part of the country. The Quibell Family - 1st September 2017
This a wonderful house with lovely extra touches that make staying here such a pleasant experience (especially with small tots!). Thank you for the welcome treats – so appreciated! The Wizard Maze is ace – strongly recommend. Loved Cromer (No. 1 Fish and Chips yum yum) and Mundesley Beach – v. sandy and clean. We love Norfolk !!! Matt, Rosie and Penny - 25th August 2017
Beautiful house, we loved the safe enclosed garden, our toddler loved the village green and playground across the road. Very well equipped in every way - plenty of kitchen utensils and the coffee machine was a treat! Also kids books and toys/DVDs very much appreciated.Dr Fiona Baldwin - 22nd August 2017
We’ve very much enjoyed our time in north Norfolk and the accommodation has played a big part in that. It’s been a pleasure to stay in such a homely, welcoming and pleasantly situated property. You clearly take pride in the place and that’s reflected in the way it is maintained. We particularly appreciated the little touches which made all the difference; plenty of bath towels, well-stocked in the cleaning/toilet department and milk, eggs, bread and bacon awaiting us. Our only regret is that we didn’t manage to finish your delicious cake. We also very much enjoyed our al fresco meals in the garden and Joe, our son, loved haring around the place.Steve, Fiona & Joe - 18th August 2017
Thanks for a great stay in a fantastic house with everything we possibly would want. The welcome goodies were appreciated! We dodged the rain and storms and had great days out in Blakeney, Cromer, Blickling Hall. We enjoyed runs, bikes and walks aided by the laminated maps – a must in British weather. Thanks so much. Ruth, Geoff, Charlotte and Phoebe - 11th August 2017
We have enjoyed staying in this lovely cottage. The cakes and the food in the fridge was a great and helpful touch. The children have loved the books, toys and DVD's. The village is lovely with a great playground. We have loved visiting Cromer (The No 1 fish & chip shop was nice) Mundesley beach is a lovely sandy beach. We had a brilliant (but tiring!) day at BeWilderwood. A fantastic holiday in Norfolk. The Lambert Party - 4th August 2017

An absolutely wonderful cottage - beautifully decorated creating a very relaxing atmosphere for our weekend away. Loved the cake - a lovely touch for us to arrive to! Thank you.James, Sophie and Bo the dog - 25th June 2017
We had a fabulous time in this beautiful house. It is very comfortable, quiet and allowed us to unwind and relax. It was much needed. A fantastic holiday in a charming village.Sarah, Dan, Ollie and Roxy the dog - 18th June 2017
Thank you so much for a lovely stay. House is perfect and very well equipped. A really lovely holiday in an area with plenty to do with the children (including the playground on the green). Sunny day in Cromer was great as beach is great combining sand and rock pools. West Runton beach also good but no fossils for us. Lunch and walk at Felbrigg a nice change from the beach. Strong recommendation to visit Priory Maze and Pensthorpe. The latter particularly great for under 10s who have energy to burn thanks to amazing indoor and outdoor activities. The Smith Family - 31st May 2017
