Wroxham, at the very heart of Broadland, is an excellent location for fishing, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides Wroxham and Hoveton with the two villages commonly called Wroxham, one of the major boat hire centres of the Norfolk Broads. It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Day boat hire and sailing tuition as well as a quality golf course are all close by. It is also just seven miles from Norwich with its diverse shops, historic sites and entertainment. Equally the sandy beaches of the East coast are within a twenty minute drive.

Reviews

Located perfectly for getting on the waterways, shopping and riverside dining and drinking. A spacious and well set out place to stay with roof top views - perfect!

Mrs W,

Fantastic central location that enables easy access to the Broads as well as the Norfolk seaside and countryside. Well-presented property with a lovely balcony overlooking the marina.

Mrs S,

Bosuns is in a very central Wroxham area. The property had plenty of room and facilities for a maximum of 6 people. The third floor room was really a very nice surprise with comfortable seating and a wide view over the Wroxham boatyards which was always very busy. All the beds were very comfortable and in the master bedroom the bed was huge, this room also had a good window onto the boatyards. We didn't find Wroxham to have a very good selection of restaurants which was surprising as it was a busy town but Roys shops and supermarket were very good and the bus into Norwich was quite frequent.
