Tunstead is a small village set in the heart of The Broads network, ideal for accessing boat hire or trips, fishing, walking, canoeing and kayaking. Golf at Sprowston, tennis courts at North Walsham and the cultural delights of Norwich are also within easy reach. Wroxham Barns are not to be missed and are only a 5 minute walk from Pond View. With plenty of activities for children and adults alike with craft studios, a brewery centre, shopping, Junior Farm and Children's Funfair there is something here for everyone to enjoy. For railway enthusiasts the Bittern Line, known as one of the most scenic routes in the east of England and the Bure Valley Narrow Gauge Steam Railway, both run from Wroxham. Finally remember to visit the fabulous, sandy east coast beaches, which even at the height of summer are not overcrowded.
Nice cottage in a great location. Very quiet. Great weather and we got out and explored a lot of Norfolk! Thank you for the biscuits.
Fabulous week had by all. The cottage has been a real home from home. the garden is great for our 2 year old. The weather has been amazing all week. We've been to Sheringham, Wells, Horsey Seals & Poppyland Tearooms, and of course a boat trip on the Broads to Horning. We don't want to go home (even if it is Cornwall!). Thanks - been a relaxing break for all!
Lovely here again. Loads of garden, birds and lovely cottage. Many Thanks
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in your lovely cottage and would like to thank you for use of the same. The fresh flowers and wine were a lovely welcome after a long drive.
We have had a great holiday! The cottage is lovely and a real home from home. Great location for going off to different things to explore.
Another happy holiday here at the cottage and Norfolk. Loads of bird life in the garden and duckling family in the pond. Don't want to go home.
We were very impressed with the quality of the property. The kitchen and bathroom fittings were all top quality. We thought the oak doors also added a high class touch to a very pleasant property. It was very peaceful, and was ideally situated for us to explore the Broads area. One small improvement that could be made is to add a door step to the front door - my elderly mother struggled with the height. Apart from that, it would be difficult to improve - we would love to stay here again. A very pleasant cottage in a lovely location
