Hire a boat at nearby Horning 2 miles away to explore the Norfolk Broads by peacefully sailing the River Bure. Head 14.5 miles east to enjoy a traditional bucket and spade day at the seaside along the gloriously golden sand at Winterton and catch glimpses of seals bobbing along the tide.

Very quiet location with good local walks. The village of Neatishead provides a shop and pub/restaurant.

Greengages Lodge was a very comfortable and quiet base from which to explore the wider area. It is set in a beautiful location and should we decide to stay in that area again would happily return.
