Three Horseshoes House, a former inn located in the hub of the village and built in the 1700’s, is now a contemporary holiday home with charm, character and all creature comforts catered for. Spacious and just the spot to celebrate and socialise, the heart of the house is the huge kitchen, which has thoughtfully been designed with a large central island with bar stools, a range cooker, an American style fridge/freezer and a wine fridge. Relax in the main Sitting Room, enjoy family gaming time in the Snug on the Playstation, or cosy up in the Sunroom, there are spaces and places for everyone to enjoy. There are 3 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities on the ground floor. The gorgeous family bedroom here, has the wow factor with floor to ceiling glass doors and windows, leading you straight out onto one of three patios around the house. Upstairs are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a beautiful double ended roll top bath to luxuriate in. The large garden is laid to lawn, enclosed, and features a roomy terrace with garden table and chairs for eating al fresco. A hot tub, can be pre booked and hired locally if required, via Norfolk Spa and Leisure. Four paws are welcome too so the whole family can experience this original house together. Ideally located, The Broads National Park, the stunning east coast beaches, Norwich, National Trust houses at Blickling and Felbrigg and the beautiful north Norfolk coastline, can all be accessed in less than half an hour, due to the excellent road links in the area.
