Ludham is a pretty Broadland village between Wroxham and Potter Heigham. The village has a splendid flint church, shops and pubs. There are excellent walks in the area including a newly opened path from St Benets to How Hill which follows an ancient path once used by monks of St Benets Abbey. Norwich with its huge array of shops and restaurants is only and a 30 minutes' drive away or visit the beautiful East Coast beaches to see the seals. Boat enthusiasts will enjoy the sight of one of the last remaining wherries as well as the Heritage Sailing Fleet based at Womack Staithe, the area is excellent for birdwatching, photography, sketching and cycling, in fact if you love wide open spaces this is the place for you
A superb property, extremely well cared for with many nice extra touches.
This cottage was a home from home. Feel the owner had thought of everything it’s comfortable and in an excellent central location to visit other places of interest I would suggest that there is access to a barbecue though as the weather was beautiful and we could have used it a lot after our day trips out not everyone likes to eat out every night The cottage exceeded our expectations Thanks for a great holiday Carol Turner
A great property with everything for a perfect holiday.
Beautifully kept, spacious, homely cottage, exceptionally well equipped. Perfect location between Great Yarmouth and Norwich and so peaceful. To arrive to a welcome treat of cake, milk and a bottle of wine after a long journey was amazing. Would highly recommend, such a lovely property.
Excellent property, lovely accommodation for a very comfortable week away. Very good pub and butcher a short stroll away and several nice walks from the door.
This was the BEST self catering facility we have ever stayed in . We were very reluctant to go home at the end of our stay and will hopefully return on another break
Beautifully maintained property, good location for touring. Very satisfied with everything
We just want to say this is the best cottage that we have stayed in and we have stayed in a few and when they say its a secluded garden it is and we liked that a lot because we have a dog
