The Rabbit Hole is one of two converted single storey studio apartments situated in an elevated position within the beautiful Norfolk Broads countryside. They have been carefully designed to provide excellent, high quality accommodation for one or two people, bridging the gap between bed and breakfast and cottage accommodation. They are situated within the grounds of the owner's home and evening meals and breakfast can be provided in their sun-filled conservatory by request. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 1 mile

Limpenhoe is a small village south east of Norwich on the edge of The Norfolk Broads. The village of Reedham with its famous chain ferry across the River Yare is only 1.7 miles away and the beautiful beaches of the East Coast are a short drive. Limpenhoe is an ideal location for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and fishermen. There are two long distance footpaths and two local fishing lakes easily accessible from the village. Strumpshaw Fen RSPB reserve is only 4 miles away and to the east explore Berney Marshes and Breydon Water only accessible on foot. This ideal location will make a relaxing break at any time of the year.

Gorgeous cottage, speaking from a disabled person everything being on one level was brilliant, loved it would love to go back next Year. Pat & Brian were great and so was Spice & Jesse (the horse & Donkey). xxxx

You have a lovely studio in a lovely location. What a welcome! Both owners are brilliant hosts - friendly, helpful and wanting to make your stay perfect. The homemade scones are an unexpected bonus. Rabbit Hole is in an idyllic spot. sun rising at your door and setting on your patio. Donkey Spice and horse Jesse were perfect neighbours. The accommodation itself is spotless with everything you could need. Ideally situated for walks, sightseeing and going a little further afield. No doubt we will be back!
We had a lovely relaxing break. The scones and welcoming note put a smile on our faces when we arrived. All in all a great stay.
