Wroxham and Hoveton are at the very heart of Broadland and are excellent locations for fishing, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides the two villages, commonly called Wroxham. It is home to the Bure Valley Railway, Wroxham Barns and Roys, 'the biggest village store in the world'. Both day boat hire and sailing tuition are available locally. It is also just eight miles from Norwich, with the sandy beaches of the East Coast a twenty minute drive away.

Fabulous!..great for kids, loved everything.
A unique and outstanding place to stay. Access to amazing grounds and plenty of space in the accommodation as well as everything you could need. Also a great location for getting to see Norfolk. Have stayed twice and will stay again in the future.
Fabulous location in a stunning house. Within easy driving distance of popular resorts. The house had everything we needed to feel at home and the welcome basket of food was a lovely surprise.
A wonderfully warm welcome and beautiful location. Even better than we expected.
Lovely property in acres of land
My children thought I was exaggerating when I told them we were going to spend our holiday on an estate like earls and dukes. We felt royal and loved it. Thank you for making us a royal family for 3 days
Spacious, excellent decor and furnishings, beautiful grounds/gardens with 5* cafe, friendly helpful owner, good centre for exploring Broads area
