A holiday in Hoveton will see you in the heart of the Broads, the whole area is actually often described as Wroxham although strictly speaking the area north of the river Bure is actually Hoveton. Wroxham is described as the capital of the Broads, home to the Wroxham Barns, a great family day out for all ages and includes a junior farm, mini golf, fun fair plus a selection of independent craft, jewellery & clothes shops and a restaurant to enjoy. Also at Wroxham you have “Roys of Wroxham” given the name by locals as the biggest village store in the world!
There are a number of opportunities in the area to explore the Broads further, with hiring cruisers and canoes an option which can be for the day or for just a few hours.
