Our second visit to this charming cottage in such a peaceful location, yet within easy travelling distance to a wide range of places of interest. It was lovely to see the seals on the beach at Horsey and we had a fun day out on the North Norfolk Railway during their 1940's weekend.Martin & Margaret - 22nd September 2017

First time ever in this area and it is really beautiful - too many specific places to mention. Fantastic little cottage with everything one needs. The past few days have been lovely. Thanks to all concerned. Simon & Michelle - 29th August 2016
We've had a lovely week in this well equipped cottage with great attention to detail and all mod-cons - very homely and clean. The weather this week has been fantastic, we visited Norwich, Cromer, Sheringham, Cart Gap and Gt Yarmouth. Hired bikes from Reepham Bike Hire and cycled along the Marriotts Way towards Norwich. We recommend the Bure Valley Railway for a return trip between Wroxham and Aylsham. We particularly liked the fact that no pets were allowed at this property. Would definitely return to both Norfolk and this cottage. Judith, John, Sam & Robert - 19th August 2016
Another wonderful holiday at this lovely cottage. The boys enjoyed the sand-dunes at Sea Palling and Holkham beaches and body boarding at Mundesley. We had to go back to BeWilderwood - fantastic place. Hired bikes at Holkham Hall as none at Blickling this year. Managed to see seals on the beach at Horsey. Would recommend lunch at small sticks Cart Gap and the Rocket House Cafe Cromer. Jo, Darren, George & William - 12th August 2016
The cottage has been perfect & cosy for us this week. Even had super weather to go with it. Been to some lovely places - BeWILDerwood a must if you have children. We recommend Temples seal trips from Morston Quay. We saw hundreds of seals and Francesca made friends with the skippers 3 dogs! Sea Palling is a great beach to visit and The Kitchen Garden Cafe at Hoveton Hall is a great place for a spot of lunch. Will recommend this lovely cottage to family & friends. All in all a great week has been had in Norfolk.James, Jules & Francesca - 29th July 2016

Lovely cottage, well planned out and very accommodating. Had a wonderful week - visits to Wroxham, Norwich City, BeWILDerwood (absolutely stunning and exciting adventure land for family, great for kids of all ages) Canoeing in Dilham and Mundesley Beach for flat sand. Had a fascinating chat with neighbour who gave us background info about the cottage and local area, including an annual teddy throwing from the church tower and an open garden day.
