Absolutely beautiful cottage, immaculately clean and very well equipped. Lots of period character but also every modern comfort such as smart lighting and heating. Everything had been thought of. Lots of lovely extra touches too such as very good quality bed linen and towels, toiletries included and so on. We loved watching the sunrises and sunseRead morets from the dining room and the peaceful location. Overall a really excellent cottage. Hide

My wife and I, plus children and grandchildren, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manor Farm. It felt homely and was very comfortable. North Norfolk is not an area we knew well but the location of Manor Farm proved to be perfect; within easy reach were the Broads, the north Norfolk coastal towns and villages, Blickling Hall and Norwich. In fact our onRead morely regret is that we didnt stay longer! Hide

Its a lovely house in a rural location though close enough to Cromer and Norwich. The facilities are all to hand to enable the cooking of all your meals on site though the job is very fiddly to use. The cost is okay though not inexpensive

1. Plastic mattress protectors on the beds on the first floor didnt make for a good nights sleep. We understand the owners need for such protection but there are better products which prevent getting hot & sweaty in bed. 2. Pack shallow of baking trays. Also, whilst there appeared to be bowls, plates, jugs, etc., for everything, there was a lack ofRead more cooking utensils (draining spoon, fish slice, spatula, etc). 3. All things considered this was the best property we have booked through yourselves, we had a brilliant holiday and if the need arises for a property that sleeps eight, Manor Farm will be at the very top of our list. We usually book after Christmas so weve a holiday to look forward to. Weve already began to search properties since we got home yesterday and theres only one on the list !! Hide
