Saturday 10th February until Sunday 1st July 2018 – Lamb Bottle-Feeding at Wroxham Barns

This Spring/Summer, head to Wroxham Barns Restaurant in Norfolk for the opportunity to bottle-feed the newly born lambs. With 3 bottle-feeding sessions a day, don't miss your chance to feed these adorable animals. The feeding will take place at 11:00, 13:30 and 15:30 and is £6.50 per child.

Glass fusing

Wednesday 7th February until Saturday 22nd December 2018 – Fused Glass Workshop at Holt

Come to Holt this year to participate in a fantastic workshop where you can learn to design your masterpiece, cut the glass and fuse it, creating a one-off piece. Taking place in Driftwood Studio, workshops will be running at 11:00 for the rest of the day. Children's taster sessions will be priced at £20, fused class courses will be £80 and stained glass workshops will be £120.

Friday 15th June until Monday 18th June 2018 – Flower Festival at St Michael's Church

St Michael's Church in Beccles is hosting a flower festival with the theme of 'celebrations' and each flower will be representing a different celebration. The festival will be open 10am - 4pm, other than Sunday where it opens a 12 noon. Refreshments will be served throughout the festival and special events, such as the ‘Would you Adam and Eve it’ performance by Searchlight Theatre Company, will be taking place over the weekend.

Sunday 17th June 2018 – Norwich Food and Drink Festival

Come along to The Forum in Norwich and join us for the fabulous free foodie fiesta celebrating all that is wonderful about Norfolk's amazing food and drink industry. Tickets not required, just come along! There will be: Producers Street Market, Adnams Pop Up Festival Bar, Foodie Fun Zone, Battle of the Bangers, Cookery Demonstration Theatre, Street Food Market, Marvellous Machinery and much more. The event is open from 10:00 until 17:00.

Heydon, Norfolk in Summer

Sunday 17th June 2018 – Heydon Open Gardens

Between 2 and 5pm on Father's Day, come and explore the beautiful grounds of Heydon Hall which are rarely open to the public and a variety of gardens in the picturesque Heydon village. Wander around the gardens of Heydon Hall, The Grange, The Old Cottage, The Old Rectory, Poppyland, and much more. Alongside this, there will also be entertainment courtesy of Holt Ridge Morris dancers as well as craft, plant and book stalls. Refreshments will be available on the village green.

Sunday 24th June until Saturday 8th September 2018 – GoGoHares charity art trail

This fantastic art project has had over 160 youth groups, schools, scouting, guiding, community and sports club take part in decorating the large hares. On the 24th June 50 wonderful hares will be placed around the city of Norwich and a further 18 will be located around Norfolk. These hares form the city and county trails. Each hare will have it's own unique prize. You can follow the hare trail using their special map which is available during the week from the tourist information in Norwich. You can also download it from their website. The cute baby hares will follow the main ones from 2nd July - 2nd September and will also feature on the map, the app and they will have a special souvenir poster from intu Chapelfield. The hares will be leaving our streets on 8th September, however they will all be returning for a special 4 days of events on the 7th October, Hare Today Gone Tomorrow!

Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th June 2018 – Royal Norfolk Show

The Royal Norfolk Show, which is the largest annual event in Norfolk, and the largest two-day agricultural Show in the country has a reputation for being a fantastic event full of entertainment for all the family. The show, as always, will be a true celebration of the county’s agricultural industries, with livestock and equine competitions and displays on both days, top-class show jumping, over 3000 animals and hundreds of attractions.

Friday 29th June until Sunday 1st July 2018 – Sandringham Horse Trails

The speed and skill of horses and drivers round the challenging Sandringham race course makes for a gripping, enjoyable day out. Entry is free on all three days.
