With good travel connections and the new duelling of the A11 it has never been easier to get to Norfolk and our cottages provide an ideal respite from the busy world in which you can relax and take things slowly or use as a central base to explore the county. Most of our properties have at least one car-parking space, and for the more spontaneous traveller, Coasthopper bus stops aren’t too far away on the North Norfolk Coast and are an excellent way of exploring the county from Kings Lynn to Cromer, with many village stops in between, a fantastic way of seeing the coast and Norfolk’s traditional seaside towns. There are good train links from London to Norwich and Kings Lynn and connections onwards to Sheringham, Wroxham and Acle. Be sure to check individual listings for exact timetables and locations.

All of our properties have an access statement which is filed on our system, this can always be sent to you as a PDF if you require more specific detail and alternatively if you have a question that is personal to your own requirements we will always ask our owners about it with the utmost discretion. Our single storey properties meet the same criteria as any other property in our portfolio and offer traditional and contemporary styles to suit any holiday maker’s taste. A small number of our properties have been put through the extensive disability grading scheme and these are immediately recognisable with their distinct yellow and black symbols. However this does not mean that our properties which haven’t got the grading are any less suitable for you.
