It is an ideal location from which to explore the North Norfolk coast, Broads National Park and historic city of Norwich, the Weavers Way is also easily accessible. Within a short drive you will find the coastal village of Mundesley with its sandy beach and village shops, and the popular Victorian resort town of Cromer with its famous pier is only 10 miles away.  The market town of North Walsham is host to a range of shops, supermarkets, pubs and provides good rail links (via the Bittern Line) to nearby Wroxham and Norwich to the south and Cromer and Sheringham to the north.
