A fantastic property for our relaxing family break. The kitchen was well kitted out, it had everything we needed and more! An ideal location for exploring Norfolk - we walked along the canal to the lock and ate at a nice pub in Dilham.The Speed party - 1st June 2018
It was so good that we've booked it again for a week in summer!! I don't think we've ever returned to a property before. We've never been so pleased with a holiday property, everything we needed for our holiday was there. The kitchen was superbly equipped, I cooked our Christmas dinner with no issues. We spent more time in the property than we would usually do, no doubt because it was extremely comfortable. We found this property by accident as our original booking was refused by the owner, due to ill health. A wonderful property and spot. Walks on the doorstep, we loved Bacton Wood, a canoe up the canal, a cream tea at the Brooklands Hotel in North Walsham, a visit to the seals at Horsey, the Fur and Feathers pub at Woodbastwick and the patio on the back garden! Fantastic property, everything we could of wished for. We've had a fabulous holiday. Sun for the whole two weeks! Our highlights; Blakeney - Bishops Boat trip to see the seal colony - magical! Sheringham - Coastal Walk, great beaches at Holkham, Wells-next-the-sea, more seal spotting at Horsey, bike rides and canoes at Holkham Estate. We are all sad to leave such a beautiful holiday home - by far the very best that we have stayed in. We all appreciated the views, and the house was filled with everything you need. I spent lots of relaxing time in the garden reading, a very rare treat! The children enjoyed the swimming baths at Great Yarmouth and although expensive we hired a boat for the day from Horning. A wonderful property in a lovely setting. The kids really enjoyed the table football whilst the parents appreciated the quality of the fixtures, fittings and products available.
