Trimingham is a rural coastal village located along the North Norfolk coast, an excellent location for a seaside holiday and to escape the hustle and bustle. The village of Mundesley is a 5-minute drive away with a good range of shops, pubs, restaurants and sandy Blue Flag beach. Bacton Wood is perfect for a day out with nature whether you are on foot or cycle with three walking trails to choose from. There is plenty to discover in the area - to the east find Cromer and its iconic Pier, zoo and cinema; Sheringham with the North Norfolk steam railway; or Blakeney where you can enjoy a spot of crabbing. To the west find the famously striped Happisburgh lighthouse and the local seal colony at Horsey Beach; visit over the winter and you will see seal pups too. Inland, The Broads National Park with 125 miles of waterways to discover is within easy reach; with boat hire, water sports, fishing (subject to licence) and cycle hire all available. Culture vultures will enjoy a trip to Norwich, which is also within easy reach.
