What a lovely cottage and superb location! We had a wonderful and restful week. The beach, skies and light have been magic and we did not feel the need to venture out far. I think that we will be back - Thank you.The Wentworth Party - 28th October 2017
Wonderful cottage we loved our week Mrs J Thomas - 23rd October 2017
So lucky with the weather - able to have breakfast outside on several mornings. Wonderful cottage - love the decor and interesting artefacts. The dogs loved the beach and we found everywhere to be dog friendly so it made everything easy. Perfect place to relax and recharge the batteries. Thank you - I would recommend to everyone but would also like to keep Santa Monica a secret! PS - The Greyhound, at Hickling, is great - good food, service and very dog friendly! The Thomas Party - 20th October 2017
We all love Santa Monica and Norfolk. Our second stay - our dog just loves the beach. We would love to know some of the stories behind the artefacts here - in particular pictures in the new dining extension (which is great!). Wiveton Hall (Normal for Norfolk) is a long journey but if you are heading up the coast it is worth a visit (between Cley and Blakeney). The cafe is excellent, serves good food at reasonable prices - the shop, fruit farm and gardens are also terrific - all dog friendly. The Nelson, at Horsey, is a homely and very dog friendly. It serves generous portions of food at good prices and an amazing choice of beers and ciders. We have holidayed in Norfolk for many years- been to several places and seen the tourist attractions. It's good to come back to such a private and peaceful place - we aim to come back again. Mosley Party - 6th October 2017
Our second visit - every bit as relaxing and enjoyable as the first time. We certainly hope to be back. The extension is great. We spent hours on the beach playing with our dog and visiting nearby places. Hope you have as much fun!The Blake Party - 22nd September 2017
Absolutely love going on holiday and staying there.Mr Mike Hannon - 6th September 2017
Amazing place to recharge the batteries and wear out our son and dogs. Really lucky with the weather - spent nearly the whole week on the beach - only one day away on the Broads! Some really good walks, Waxham Barn does some delicious ice cream. Spotted lots of seals, in the water, coming really close to the shore. Swimming in the sea recommended - we hope to return soon! The Franklin Party - 1st September 2017
Our fourth summer here with the dogs Ty and Winnie. We all absolutely love coming here - Thank you for releasing the second week. When you've found perfection on your holiday retreat nothing else measures up. Great extension - it really adds to the retreat and gives a feel of a lot more space. P.S - we love staying here so much. Lunch at The Swan at Ingham, is a great treat and worth a visitThe Hannon Party - 25th August 2017
I am reversing my MS through diet and lifestyle and this was a perfect retreat for myself, my husband and the dogs. Road is great for practising walking and so is the sand. A great place! The Martin Party - 4th August 2017
What a fantastic retreat. Never tired of waking up early in the morning to stumble up the back garden steps, through the rickety gate and down the dunes to the beach with the sun glistening on the sea- MAGIC!Curtis, Steve, Jack and Freddie - 26th May 2017
Our third stay here at Santa Monica. Didn't think it could get any better but the new extension is fantastic. We had a great few days, long walks along the beach with our dogs and chilling over a bottle of wine.Sonya and Steve - 5th May 2017
Overall a wonderful place to stay with everything I neededMs Sara Bird - 24th April 2017
My second time here for a peaceful break, much needed. This house, these dunes and that sea offer everything I need. As I write my PHD I suspect I'll be back for more quality quiet time as I've written some of my best work while here.Sara - 21st April 2017
