Hawthorne Cottage is a delightful, 1700s thatched cottage with a large garden leading onto open fields. It occupies a quiet position in the village on a no-through road and within easy walking distance of the beach. The property retains many original features and would make an ideal family or group holiday destination. Shop/Pub: Within walking distance.

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal - weak. Bedrooms two & three are accessed via a steep staircase with a handrail which is narrow and has low head room at the bottom, which may make it unsuitable for people with mobility concerns. Bedroom four & five are accessed via a steep staircase with a handrail and no twists. Bedroom four is a landing bedroom and may be more suitable for family use. The cottage is a period property and does have high thresholds, sloping ceilings and low beams in places.</a /></em />
With its lovely sandy beach and traditional seaside atmosphere, Sea Palling is a perfect location for a coastal holiday. On a summer's day you may like a swim in the sea, a cycle ride through the country lanes, a boat trip on the nearby Broads or a visit to one of the many attractions close by. In winter what better than an invigorating walk along the beach followed by a warming drink inside your cosy cottage. The village has a shop, post office and a pub.
