Ingham Corner is a peaceful village close to the beautiful sandy beaches of the East coast; Sea Palling and Mundesley are just three miles away and both offer sandy beaches and a traditional seaside atmosphere. The Norfolk Broads are also close by where you can enjoy a day on the water either by joining one of the many organised cruises or you can hire a boat for the day. The whole area abounds with wildlife and is the perfect location for a relaxing break at any time of the year.
Beautiful cosy cottage, with the bonus of a garden room, a very well equipped bathroom and kitchen. So close to Sea Palling beach with lots of amenities in miniature, shops, cafe, trampolines and an amusement arcade. We really enjoyed the log burner in the evenings too. As stated in another review the on-site parking is small, we thought more suitable for a small rather than medium car. Also the staircase twists and is very steep. These are mentioned in the description of the cottage but could do with STANDING OUT more. Suitable more for families it has two stairgates, with the 2nd bedroom approached only through the main bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
We found Heron Cottage exactly as the NC website. Beautifully equiped kitchen and bathroom with quite delightful decor throughout giving that country cottage feel and very comfortable. Add a lovely well tended garden and summer lounge for a relaxing day and for doggy to explore. The cottage is perfectly located for visits to all parts the north and east of Norfolk with incredible beaches and wildlife. The only concern was that the on site parking was a little on the small side. Keith & Jacqui Harman and Loki the Sprock.
