Description

Heron Cottage is a charming two bedroom cottage set in the peaceful village of Ingham Corner. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated throughout, retaining its 'Norfolk charm' with a traditional winder staircase, woodburner and a pretty south-facing cottage garden to relax in at the end of an enjoyable day spent exploring the area. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 1 mile

with comfortable seating, wall-mounted flat screen TV with Freesat, iPod dock, DVD player and CD player, dining table and chairs and a woodburner
Kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and Dualit coffee machine - please bring your own ESE pods.
Bathroom with bath, over-bath electric shower, washbasin, wc and heated towel rail 

First Floor:
Bedroom 1
with a king size bed - leading to
Bedroom 2 with a single bed

Garden: Fully enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio with garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: For one medium car in front of cottage.
Heating: Electric radiators, underfloor heating in bathroom and woodburner - starter pack of logs provided.
Also Provided: Books and games, fixed stairgate at top of stairs, a Pay-As-You-Go mobile is available at the property for guests' use. Guests "top up" to their own requirements - please ensure that it is left in the property on departure. WiFi
Extras: Towels may be hired at £6.50 per person payable on booking.
Pets: One medium size dog is welcome - please be aware of our booking information regarding pets.
Notes:   This is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal - variable. The stairs are steep with a twist in keeping with the age of the property and open directly into Bedroom one through fixed stairgate. Due to the layout of the bedrooms the property may be more suitable for families.

Ingham Corner is a peaceful village close to the beautiful sandy beaches of the East coast; Sea Palling and Mundesley are just three miles away and both offer sandy beaches and a traditional seaside atmosphere. The Norfolk Broads are also close by where you can enjoy a day on the water either by joining one of the many organised cruises or you can hire a boat for the day. The whole area abounds with wildlife and is the perfect location for a relaxing break at any time of the year.

Lovely little cottage. Really enjoyed the beach at Sea Palling, the water was warm and crystal clear, even had a visit from a friendly seal as the tide came in. Had a really good meal at the Waybridge Arms Inn, all meals prepared freshly to order and very friendly staff, also hired a boat for the afternoon just across the road, again very friendly people there too.
