Haddiscoe Island cottages
Haddiscoe Island is a unique landscape being an inland island consisting of approximately 2,000 acres of marshland adajcent to the River Yare and Rivwer Waveney. The area is rich in wildlife, deer are frequently seen, together with marsh harriers, herons, geese and owls to name but a few. Cattle graze freely during most of the year. It is an area of huge skies and stunning sunsets, out here you feel a million miles away from the world however the coast is within ten miles and if a little retail therapy is required the beautiful cathedral city of Norwich is just twentyfour miles away where you will find theatres, museums, shops, restaurants and coffee shops.
