Nestled in a quiet golfing community, Oasis 41 is a specially designed lodge offering luxury accommodation for up to six looking to explore the Norfolk/Suffolk border.  A deceptively spacious abode, Oasis 41 takes on an, 'upside down', house concept to make the most of its stunning surrounding views. Set on the edge of one of the two golf courses at Caldecott Hall, the main open plan sitting area extends across the entire first floor, with large windows looking out across to Hole 15 and a small man-made lake.  With its South facing aspect and covered and open outside seating areas you will be able to make the most of the fantastic position at the end of the track with no passing vehicles.  A door from the kitchen leads out onto the private balcony with dining table and hanging egg chair for you to take in the view.

Oasis 41 has been furnished in a very contemporary style, making sure that you have everything you could possibly need for a self-catering holiday in East Anglia. The ground floor benefits from 3 bedrooms, including a bunk room, king bedroom (with access to a covered courtyard area) and master bedroom with a superking bed and en-suite shower room. There is also a family shower room on this level. An easy set of stairs leads up to the impressive open plan living area. Divided into 'zones', you'll find a relaxing sitting area with curved Smart TV, as well as two armchairs overlooking the golf green. A dining area with an elegant glass table seemingly floats in this light and airy space and is a perfect space to sit and dine after cooking up a storm in the kitchen. In fact, the kitchen too is equally beautiful. Fully fitted units wrap around the wall, providing the perfect mixture of storage space and equipment - cooking here will never be a chore!

So cleverly tucked away, Oasis 41 is set well back from the road. A long track leads to the site, passing Redwings Horse Sanctuary on the way. So private is this community, that guests staying at the lodge have a keycode protected barrier before they can enter the site; making this a very exclusive place to stay! The beauty of staying at Oasis 41 are the fantastic facilities within the immediate vicinity. Caldecott Hall have a variety of facilities at, 'The Barn Works', available at an additional fee during your stay. Perhaps you’re looking to enjoy a morning swim, a gym session or perhaps a massage? Sessions and day passes start from £10* and can be booked at the barn on arrival. Perhaps a spot of golf is more your thing? With two 18 hole courses to choose from, day passes start from £12* for adult visitors, with buggy hire available from £20 per day*.

With a plethora of activities close by, visitors can enjoy an annual calendar of events at Somerleyton Hall and Gardens, as well as day trips to the seaside at Great Yarmouth, mixed with a spot of bird watching or sailing on the Norfolk broads. Don't forget to pack your bicycle, there are plenty of villages to discover, with even a cosy pub or two!

Outstanding property in a fabulous location. Luxury quality beds, luxury showers (and plenty of room in bathrooms), more equipment in the kitchen than you would usually get. TV great, games selection great, outdoor area outstanding, WiFi signal excellent, cleanliness was next level. I could go on!! One of the best properties we've stayed in, both in terms of the property itself and the surroundings and the location is excellent too.. just a short drive to shops, beaches and attractions, topped off by a really lovely owner. Would highly recommend. Have already booked to stay again.
