Spencer Wall is situated in an ideal location for a seaside holiday, being just a few minutes from the beach. The spacious interior is ideal for families and the house benefits from a large lawned garden, which is great for games. Views of the dunes or open farmland are visible from all windows. Also supplied: Highchair. Electricity is included with an open meter and a coinage supply. You are requested to leave the coinage supply for the next guest.

Notes: Mobile signal -variable. Towels are available for hire at £7 per person per week, payable on booking. The Garden Room is not available for additional sleeping facilities until the end of 2020.
Midway between the coastal villages of Sea Palling and Happisburgh, North Gap is an access point through the sand dunes onto the fine sandy beaches of this coast. There is a scattering of houses and holiday homes behind the dunes, overlooking the surrounding farmland. Most people will come here for the beach, but the Broads are also easily accessible. The village pubs and shops of Sea Palling are about a mile away, and jet ski hire is also possible here with further amenities available in the nearby towns of Stalham and North Walsham.
