East Ruston village sits between the East Coast and the Broads National Park. The village is home to the celebrated East Ruston Vicarage Gardens with its huge variety of planting and excellent tea shop. The village has beautiful surrounding countryside with quiet lanes which are ideal for walking and cycling. There are footpaths leading directly from the barn for long walks (or short!) and the Norfolk Coastal Path and 100-mile Norfolk Coast Cycleway are very close by. The capital of the Broads - Wroxham is five miles away and Stalham Staithe 3 miles; hire a day boat or walk along the banks looking out for the many species of birds. You’re in the perfect spot for visiting the local beaches too. The nearest are at Happisburgh, Waxham and Sea Palling, all of which are dog friendly. A visit to nearby Horsey to see the seals is something you should definitely make time for.
Lovely barn conversion. Very clean, well sized with a lovely secure rear garden. Well-equipped kitchen and well located. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Outstanding! We found the property was spacious, well decorated and furnished and well equipped; we loved it. The location was excellent for that part of Norfolk with only a two mile drive to the beach and within easy reach of local facilities (pubs, restaurants and a large supermarket) and other attractions. We would highly recommend it for a couple like us, or a family. It was very dog friendly with an enclosed rear garden.
Hall Farm Barns is a beautiful and well appointed cottage in a perfect location for exploring Norfolk and the Broads. The accommodation offered everything we could hope for in a cottage with plenty of equipment in the kitchen, comfortable furnishings and an immaculate bathroom and en suite. The owners have clearly thought through the accommodation, paying attention to the details that are needed in a holiday rental. Thank you for helping to make happy holiday memories.
Absolutely beautiful property, spacious and comfortable and super clean. We loved it! Happisburgh is stunning and we loved the short walk to the lighthouse… even used the route for beautiful evening runs.
This barn was 1st class in every way the standard of everything was high end from the washing up liquid to the crisp sheets on the bed also such lovely people who own this property. I have been for many years to Norfolk mostly with yourselves but this converted barn was obviously top class. Yes I will return and recommend other people
What a great find - very comfortable, well equipped and extraordinarily spacious.
