East Ruston village sits betwixt the East Coast and the Broads National Park and is renowned for its Common, which is unusual with its mix of grazing land, fen and lakes. The village is also home to the celebrated East Ruston Vicarage Garden with its huge variety of planting and excellent tea shop, one of the owners Alan Grey is a frequent and entertaining guest speak on Radio Norfolk's gardening programme - The Garden Party. The village has beautiful surrounding countryside with quiet lanes which are ideal for walking and cycling. The excellent sandy beaches of the east coast are minutes away. The capital of the Broads - Wroxham is five miles' distance and Stalham Staithe 3 miles, hire a day boat or enjoy some excellent wildlife at How Hill Trust on the River Ant with its glorious wetlands, woodlands, windmills - all the W's!
On first impressions the property seemed quite small, but we soon got used to it and enjoyed being able to socialise better in the combined kitchen and living area. The outside courtyard was the best on the site a it had the sun all day. There was a good table and chairs where you can eat outdoors, but also a wicker type patio set. Very nice en suite bathrooms and good quality showers, only slight downside was limited hanging space for clothes.
We loved this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Exceptional property with high quality finishes. Spotlessly clean and everything was very well thought out. The welcome pack was an added bonus as were the dog treats, dog bed and a grassy exercise area. Owners were welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommend this property.
