East Ruston cottages
Located close to the East Norfolk Coast – just over a mile away from the famous lighthouse at Happisburgh and with the Broads on your doorstep – the peaceful village of East Ruston is a great holiday location to be staying in.
The village itself has the fabulous gardens at the Old Vicarage, and people travel miles to visit the stunning displays on offer – including a Walled Garden, Rose Garden, Woodland Garden, Mediterranean Garden and even a Desert, inspired by the landscapes of Arizona. Open March to October, with an incredible use of colour and talent to produce these magnificent sights – this should definitely be on your list to visit.
The village is also home to a pleasant country pub, serving excellent food. With two bars, a small dining room, large modern restaurant and garden to relax in – perfect if you want a night off from cooking.
Staying in East Ruston, you will find something for all the family to enjoy never far away – maybe visit the cute seals at Horsey beach, tire the kids out at BeWilderwood Adventure park or simply relax and unwind on a Broads Tour River trip – the choice is yours...
