Nestled on the outskirts of the village of Roughton, this barn conversion is part of a small complex with two other cottages. After a day exploring the Norfolk coast, only 4 miles away, you can make the most of this characterful retreat, with its exposed beams, warming wood burner, luxurious hot tub, and countryside views.
Inside, you will find a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room with traditional brick and flint walls and a distressed wooden beamed ceiling. The sofa in the lounge area provides a comfortable spot to watch a film on the TV after a day out adventuring, and the wood burner is perfect for those chilly winter nights. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you could need to whip up a home-cooked feast, and there’s a dining table to seat all four guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and there is also a twin bedroom and a family shower room. In addition to the shared outdoor areas of the barn, you will have access to your own private, enclosed garden with a five-seater hot tub with 24 hydrotherapy jets and LED lighting. For children there is also a tree swing or compete with a family game of table tennis. Enjoy the play fort to enjoy within the complex. For your canine companions there are two fields on site to enjoy a family walk.
There is a shop, pub, fish and chip shop, and fishing lake all within 0.5 miles of the barn, while Cromer and Sheringham, with their abundant seaside attractions, are just 4 miles and 7 miles away respectively.
