Settle into this spacious three-bed bungalow, with bright and homely interiors and a charming cottage garden filled with mature plants and pretty flowers. While staying in the Georgian town of Holt, you’ll have a great selection of amenities on your doorstep yet also be within easy reach of theme parks, picturesque beaches of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, wildlife-rich nature reserves and historic landmarks.

Inside the property is a large open-plan lounge/diner where you can put your feet up on the sofa or sink into an armchair in front of the open fire and TV. Behind this area is a wooden ding table with seating for six. Continue into the galley kitchen with a traditional feel and warm-neutral tones, and plenty of space for cooking a hearty meal. There is also a convenient utility room, a family bathroom plus three bedrooms – a king-size, twin and a single with a pull-out truckle bed. Outside is a fully enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, BBQ and furniture.

During your stay in the quiet outskirts of the Georgian town of Holt, you’ll have plenty of shops, restaurants and tearooms within 0.5 miles. Holt Country Park is 1 mile away where you can stroll around the 100 acres of wooded grounds. Take your family to one of the nearby theme parks – ROARR! is 20 miles away. Spend a day on the sandy shores in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – Weybourne Beach (4.5 miles) and Salthouse Beach (4.5 miles) are the closest. Or enjoy some birdwatching at the Salthouse Marshes Nature Reserve (4 miles).

A splendid property to holiday in. We spent Christmas at the Laurels and it was home from home particularly after our bad luck year (home suffering flood damage) There were Christmas decoration on display, a super welcoming basket. There are all the facilities for cooking, dishwashing, clothes laundering. Logs for the lounge open fire I can still Read moreremember our cosy Christmas and Boxing days. Quiet location, private, peaceful and delightful back garden. Well maintained, very clean and spacious inside. Fully equipped kitchen. Best holiday accommodation we have ever had and will continue to return.

We particularly like the location of The Laurels it being 10 mins walk from Holt High Street. We found the property to be quiet and well equipped. The weather was too cold for us to use the garden, however the furniture looked to be clean and in good condition. A spacious comfortable bungalow with a lovely garden, 10 minutes walk to Holt with wide range of shops and eating places, easy access to the beautiful beaches and salt marshes of the North Norfolk coast by car. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the The Laurels. It was like a home from home, comfortable, warm and in a good state of repair. We will be looking to coming back in the future.
