Lounge has a settee which requires some upkeep . I had to help my wife to stand up from the settee. Door key only operated in one outer door, to access the garden we had to walk round the outside of the house. Flag stone step at opening door needs to be marked with Black & Yellow tape, my wife stepped back of the step on our first night and fell inRead moreto the bushes because of the step down . My wife is 83 and was quite shaken by this. There was no welcoming note , it felt as if the whole renting process was under the control of the cleaning team who obviously did not care about leaving information visible . The process was nothing more than a renting agreement , we paid 718.00 to rent the property I do think a welcome of some sort would make the whole process more pleasant. Hide

Cottage was very clean and in an excellent location, being near to the beach and shops but on a very quiet road. Only downside was that there was no internet, but we had read this on previous reviews so came prepared!

Our 2nd visit to Bay Cottage proved just as enjoyable as our 1st. The bungalow is in an excellent location in a quiet road but only 5 minute walk to the sea front. Driveway parking a bonus. Spotlessly clean and well equipped the bungalow is very comfortable and we would thoroughly recommend Bay Cottage.

Bay Cottage. A deceptively spacious bungalow in a quiet location within easy access to the town. Off road parking is a plus. Once you are in the property with the sturdy gate locked it gives a sense of security. Our third stay at this property. The only downside this visit was an issue with the cleanliness of the bed linen.

Please be aware there is no WiFi and no basic essentials. On the plus side the cottage was spotless and very close to all amenities although in a very quiet area. Would recommend but with provisos.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay Cottage. Very clean and the location was perfect as easy walking distance to Cromer town centre and beach. The garden is lovely too given the cottage is in a quiet location and not overlooked. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in Bay Cottage. Superb location only short walk to the seafront, bungalow was in a quiet residential road with own driveway. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable in all aspects, we will definitely return and can thoroughly recommend Bay Cottage.

The property was very clean and equipment supplied was of a high quality. It would have been useful to clearly state there is no Wi-Fi and that there is no condiments in the kitchen or soap in the bathroom. As a seasoned self-caterer we rarely see a property that doesnt have some basics.
