Go and visit the camels at Camel Park Oasis (8 miles) where children can go on a camel ride or go wild in the soft play area. Visitors’ favourite Southwold is just 13.5 miles away where you can go for a paddle in the sea or simply enjoy browsing the boutique independent shops. If the sea’s a bit cold for you, try the heated Beccles Lido (10 miles), open from June-September. And for historic walks, shopping and plenty of pubs and restaurants, you must visit the fine city of Norwich (20 miles).
