This luxury couples’ cottage is situated on an attractive terrace in the charming Georgian town of Holt. A paradise for shoppers, this bustling town boasts art and antique galleries, independent fashion boutiques, gift shops, grocery stores offering local produce, and an excellent selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants. From Holt Railway Station, on the outskirts of town, you can take the Poppy Line steam train to Weybourne and Sheringham. Cley-next-the-Sea (4 miles) is a pretty village with a landmark windmill, art galleries, a fabulous deli and tearooms. Not too far outside the village is the Norfolk Wildlife Trust visitor centre and Cley Marshes – a must for nature enthusiasts. The coastal towns of Blakeney, Morston, Salthouse and Sheringham (all within 6.5 miles) are well worth a visit. History fans might want to check out Baconsthorpe Castle (3.5 miles) or explore the National Trust properties Felbrigg Hall (9 miles) and Blickling Hall (10 miles).

From the kitchen, a steep, Norfolk-winder staircase leads to the first floor. Here you’ll find a gorgeous king-size bedroom with a feature fireplace. A contemporary bathroom, hosting a bath and a separate walk-in shower, completes the first floor. Please be aware that the property has low doorways.

Outside is a sunny, private garden featuring outdoor furniture and a charming summer house with comfortable chairs, offering a lovely spot to curl up with a good book, enjoy a morning coffee, or simply relax and soak up the sunshine.
