At this attractive one-storey home, you’ll spend much of your time in the stylish open-plan lounge/dining area, which is filled with natural light thanks to its roof lantern and large bi-fold doors. Vibrant colours and artwork add plenty of character, so you feel right at home. There’s a large dining area for sitting down to meals, comfy seating and a wood burner to keep you all cosy. The sleek kitchen has a large central island and all the equipment you need for meal prep, and there’s a games room where you can set up a friendly tournament. There are four beautiful bedrooms – three super-king-size rooms, which can be made into twins on request, and one generous king-size. Each has an en-suite bath or shower room so everyone has plenty of privacy. Two bedrooms open directly onto the back garden through patio doors. Outside, the enclosed garden has a patio for lazy afternoons and al fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ. Patio doors from the dining area lead to a second furnished patio at the front, giving you even more relaxation space. Private parking is available for three cars.
Locally, you can go windsurfing or paddleboarding or take a colourful stroll through Esplanade Gardens (1 mile). Admire sharks, rays and penguins at the Sea Life Sanctuary (2 miles), then catch a performance at the historic Princess Theatre (1.5 miles). Further afield, the bird-filled reedbeds, lagoons and marshes of RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve (4.5 miles) are waiting to be explored, or you can visit Sandringham (9.5 miles), the Royal family’s much-loved country retreat.
