Located right on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk, this cosy and quaint riverside retreat is perfect for those wishing to explore both counties. Welcoming a group of three, this is a welcoming home tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Park up right outside and step into this open-plan lodge. The bright and airy interior will immediately make you feel calm and relaxed. Cosy up on the sofa of an evening and watch a film or catch up on your favourite shows. Next to the lounge is a well-equipped kitchen for rustling up meals for when you fancy something homemade. A farmhouse dining table completes the space. As night creeps in, the hallway leads to two bedrooms, a pleasant double, and a cosy single. Completing the interior of the property is a wet room with a WC. Outside the front is an enclosed patio with garden furniture where you can sip on a morning coffee and prepare for the day. You will also have access to a lawned garden, filled with mature shrubs.

Lovely cake and and other things to ease the start of our stay .Due to the very high temperatures during our stay the bedroom fan and very comfortable bed were much appreciated . My wife has mobility difficulties and we really thought the bathroom non slip floor and shower stool were excellent as was the provision of a dressing table and stool in Read morethe bedroom .The car parking is good ,shaded ,private and safe .All in all excellent.
