You will enter the accommodation through a shared entrance hallway, then into your own space where you can hang up your coats or beach towels. The open-plan living space has been separated into a lounge and a bedroom, with a double bed on one side, and a sofa and TV on the other. Decorated with neutral tones and containing a large window that feels this space with light, you will feel right at home. Beyond here, the kitchen/diner is spacious and has everything you need for cooking and eating together. Finally, a bunk bedroom with a Smart TV, and a contemporary shower room complete the interior of this pretty property. While there is no dedicated outdoor space at this apartment, there is plenty to explore on the doorstep, with the beach just 300 metres away.

Spend a day on the Grade II listed Cromer Pier, which hosts shows and events throughout the year. Head off on foot along the Norfolk Coast Path which runs all the way to Hunstanton and passes spectacular views and diverse landscapes filled with wildlife. The drains were blocked and making a horrible gurgling sound and disgusting smell coming up from the drains. The shower leaked a flood of water onto the bathroom floor all the time and there was nothing on site to mop it up with. The freezer was frozen solid so couldn't open any of the drawers to put anything in. The microwave was full of grease anRead mored the inside of the door was rusty so would have been dangerous to use. The sheet on the double bed was the wrong size ( too small) so didn't fit the mattress and came off as soon as you sat on the bed. I didn't to any cooking in the flat as I wasn't prepared to clean everything first so we ate out all week which added to the cost of our break. The whole place needed a good clean, I don't think the floors in the bathroom or kitchen have been washed in ages. Not a happy week. All I can say on a positive note is that the location was good. The "welcome pack" was hidden away in a bottom drawer and I didn't find it until we were leaving and I was hunting for a piece of paper to leave a note. This should have been left out for our information. The parking space was useable amongst the weeds but very awkward to get into, so better off parking in the road. The bit of outside space could have been made really nice with a bit of thought and effort but the owners are clearly not interested in making it a nice place. Hide
