Lovely cottage! It's in a great location, only 10 minutes from Wells. We are a family of five (two adults, a preschooler, an infant, and a dog) and we were very comfortable in the cottage. There was enough space for a dog crate downstairs and a travel cot upstairs. The cottage also had enough basics to cover all our needs, and the garden was finRead moree to let the dog out or enjoy a nice evening meal with the kids. Parking wasnt an issue at all. We were able to park right near the house to pack and unpack the car, and on other occasions, we parked on the grass just a one-minute walk away. Communication with the owner was lovely, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift - thank you! Highly recommended. Hide

The cottage is a beautiful home, full of character, welcoming and in a beautiful village yet close enough to travel to the coast within 10-15 minutes. Lovely gift of biscuits and cool drink on arrival, ourselves and our grandchildren adored it .

A few simple changes would turn an acceptable visit into a very good one. These include: A few smaller wine glasses for the kitchen; doors sticking and cant be closed properly (particularly the Loo); upgrade lighting in a number of rooms: mattress in main bedroom quite hard and could do with a topper. Otherwise property in good condition and eRead morextremely clean. Hide

Had a fantastic long weekend at this property. The location was great and within a 10 minute drive to Wells, and an easy 20 minute walk to Little Walsingham to the welcoming pubs. The cottage itself was full of character and very well equipped, a pleasure to come back to after being out for the day.

The Cottage was in a perfect location for exploring the Norfolk Coast, particularly close to Holkham, Wells, Sheringham, Cromer etc. Farm Shop, Shops/Pubs/Food within a 20/25 minute walk. Quaint little village. Whilst the property was well positioned, it did feel a little tired and in need of some upgrades. Bathroom/Shower was well equipped though.Read more No Washing machine, pizza tray. Low ceilings throughout, which wasn't a problem after we put Post-it notes throughout the property to remind us.
