Bursting with character, this family-friendly holiday home is ideally located for exploration of the coast and countryside. Retaining much of its original charm in the form of exposed beams, quirky window frames and tiles, with modern updates to ensure a comfortable stay, a break here is one you’re sure to remember for many years to come. You’ll find the seaside resort of Cromer just 8 miles away with its tasty local crabs, blissful beach and endless entertainment ensuring something for all ages.

At the heart of the home is the coastal living room, complete with a quaint wood burner, exposed brick surround and a subtle nautical theme. A sofa and a cuddle chair ensure space for all the family to sprawl out with French doors leading straight out into the garden. Next door, the dining room adjoins the eclectic kitchen with a table and chairs for six. Completing the ground floor is a family bathroom. Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find the bedrooms alongside a convenient WC. The master bedroom features a king-size bed for a good night's rest, taking inspiration from the nearby coast in the decor. Perfect for children, the twin has two industrial-style single beds with a pop of colour on the walls whilst the final room is a playful bunk room. Outside, the garden is equally as impressive as the property itself with an area of lawn and patio, as well as a peaceful summerhouse for an afternoon tea.

While staying near Aldborough, enjoy the peaceful rural landscape and charming village atmosphere where you can visit the beautiful St. Mary’s Church, known for its historic architecture and serene setting. Travel further inland to Wroxham (18 miles) and you can hire a boat to explore the fascinating manmade Norfolk Broads at your own pace, stopping off for a bite to eat on your travels.

A wonderful cottage located in a quiet little village. The house was well stocked and had plenty of space. Very clean throughout. Would happily go back.

The cottage is well equipped and you receive an excellent Welcome Gift. We had our dogs and the garden is secure there are plenty of walks from the cottage. The pub is dog friendly
