Easy to find, with great parking, immaculately clean, very good shower, very comfy bed, and every piece of equipment required for an enjoyable holiday. On the plus side - modern, comfortable, relaxing and warm. Good value for money. On the downside, shower control inoperative, no wardrobe or heated towel rail. Bring some good walking footwear. The Lodge is situated right on the outskirts of the town, 15 to 20 minute to shops, eateries, and bus stops.

Lovely accomodation. Nice, clean and warm. The bedroom is nice and light with a good range of lighting. Superb kitchen and well organised waste arrangements. The air conditioning and heating work very well and provide a good environment. Thoroughly pleasant and would recommend.

Absolutely lovely place to stay for our first trip to North Norfolk. It was a great location just on the outskirts of Burnham Market, and after days out walking and exploring, it was great to come back to the peace of the cottage, and the sofa and the bed were both very comfortable. For a small home, it was really well fitted out - and we appreciatRead moreed the extra touches, like cosy throws on the sofa, and a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge. Thank you! Hide

What a wonderful place to stay, so spacious, very comfortable with excellent air con for hot weather. Great location and very thoughtful to provide milk and bottled water. The wine and snacks were a real bonus. Would like to thank the owners very much

Very well appointed and comfortable bungalow. Good location for getting to the coast and all the best birding spots - which was our main focus. Also close to both Sandringham and Holkham Hall which are both great days out

A mirror on the wall near to a plug point would be really useful for hair drying. Otherwise it was great.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet spot but near enough the town to be able to walk to it. Everything was very clean including the crockery and cutlery which was a welcome surprise as in other accommodation we have often had to wash things before use.
