This cottage is located in the very centre of Holt and is therefore within easy walking reach of the shops, supermarket, pubs, cafe etc. It is comfortable and offers a good standard of accomodation and fittings. It also has excellent parking facilities with two good size spaces available and easy access and turning. The only downside to the accommoRead moredation is traffic noise in the early morning from say 7.00 a.m. and motor bikes in the evening. Hide

The coach house was clean and comfortable. Having its own parking was great and saved lots of hassle. We had various days out as it's a central location. The town is quaint and has lots of individual shops and places to eat.

We've stayed here three times now. It's in an excellent location for walking into Holt town on an evening. We've always found it clean and comfortable with easy parking for two cars.

When we arrived the cottage was beautifully clean and looked like it had been recently decorated. We had one small problem with the TV but were really surprised when the owners (Adrian & Caroline) said that they would be round the next day to sort out the problem. Sure enough this is exactly what happened and we can only express our appreciation foRead morer all that they did for us. Hide

Great location, helpful owner and good information. Holt is a lovely town with great cafes and dining options, and is very handy for exploring nearby seaside locations. The Poppy Line steam train was a bonus.

Very clean and comfortable property. Off street parking was a huge plus for us in Holt as parking could be difficult. We were just a few minutes from the many independent shops and great places to eat. Property owner was friendly and helpful.
