Lovely cottage. Not alot in the immediate area but a short drive to shops or beachs. If u don't want to drive there are fantastic walking routes between the surrounding areas with beautiful views (although not all routes are suitable for prams). The house and gardens were amazing.

We had a great holiday at Pyecroft Cottage. It is the third time that we have stayed there, it has a super enclosed garden for dogs and the cottage is ideal to get to Felbrigg and Sherringham Park. A lovely welcome pack too.

We had a lovely time at the cottage, it has a great location and is conveniently placed for Cromer, Mundesley, Sheringham and beyond. It really feels like a home from home not a holiday let and little touches like the dog bowls and stair gates made it a lot easier with our dog. We would go again.

The cottage has bright fresh dcor and was spotlessly clean. It is very well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. The shower gives a good flow of hot water and the WiFi is fast and reliable. The beds and sofas are very comfortable. As several people have commented in the guest book, getting a large car onto the drive from the narrow Read morelane is difficult, and you need all of the drive to turn it round once there. The garden is dog-proof. A great place to stay, recommended Hide

Great cottage in a great location, the cottage is equipped with plenty from the kitchen cupboards right through to rainy day entertainment ! The only thing that lets it down is the stairs, with them being a typical cottage set of stairs they could be very hard to manage for anyone who isnt able bodied. This could be rectified with a banister on theRead more wall. Apart from this we would highly recommend the cottage and the area. Hide

Excellent cottage in a great location. Our grand daughter loved the games room and with the summerhouse providing extra space, it was ideal for our family holiday. Would definitely book Pyecroft again.

Cosy 19th-cent stone cottage with a secure, dog safe garden, well located to explore Norfolk coast. The house itself is well stocked with equipment. Large living room/diner which accommodated a party of five comfortably. The bathroom is on the ground floor, but good size. The staircase is pretty steep, with a stairgate installed. Summerhouse out frRead moreont and games room out back which we made good use of. Driveway quite tight to get into, but we managed ok with 2 cars. We had a great holiday. Hide

Good space outside and inside, short distance from Mundersley and other areas. All of the beaches we visited were fab and enjoyed by teenagers, young children and the dogs. We had a great holiday which was really helped by amazing weather. The cottage was a great base and had everything we needed.
