The cottage was cosy, comfortable and very quiet. It was ideally situated for various short walks into Town and to the Pier and sea front. Also not far from main roads to all locations, should you want to explore the area. Car parking also ideal, tight outside the cottage!

The property was bright and well presented in all rooms. It was clean and well maintained throughout. One other nice touch, a parking space outside the door.

A pity about the noisy fan in the bathroom - during the night ot wakes 'the other person' in the bedroom.

Under normal circumstances the cottage is more than adequate for a base while travelling around Norfolk. However we arrived to find a dirty toilet, mould spots on the bathroom blind and the blades of the standing fan black with dirt. Following a shave next morning I also discovered that the sink plug allowed water out and at least some of that wateRead morer leaked into a full container at the back of the sink pedestal which duly flooded and soaked the floor - we had not seen the leak nor been told about it - even though the leak had been reported by previous holidaymakers but not rectified. The caretaker was sympathetic and apologetic but at no time did we receive apology or sympathy from the owner who tried to foist a plumber on us, expecting us to take valuables with us or stay in to oversee them. Nice enough property but wrong attitude from the owner and no courtesy shown. Hide

A lovely Christmas stay in the very clean, comfortable and warm apartment. The extra Christmas treats were so appreciated. We didn't need to use the car all week as bus services are excellent from there, and the car parking space outside the door was very useful. Great location, very quiet area. Comfortable bed and sofa (newer one than is shown in pics). Nicely decorated. Good kitchen. Electric shower. You need to supply own bathroom towels. On site parking outside door is very handy for loading/unloading. All in all would thoroughly recommend.

We found our accommodation to be comfortable and equipped with all the necessary provisions. We appreciated the complementary milk and biscuits. The property was situated slightly further from the town and beach than we thought although walking wasn't an issue. The bus stop is located a short walk down the lane for buses to Norwich.
