Bright, contemporary and all on one level, this welcoming cottage is a great base for families, couples or friends keen to explore this scenic stretch of Norfolk. Tucked away in a peaceful setting, it sits within an easy half-mile walk of both the Cromer Miniature Railway and Amazona Zoo.

Inside, a handy porch area gives you somewhere to leave sandy shoes before heading through to the inviting lounge, where comfortable seating and a Smart TV set the scene for laid-back evenings. The kitchen is thoughtfully arranged and well equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to leisurely dinners, while the separate dining room is light and airy, creating a lovely spot for shared meals. When it’s time to turn in, there are two cheerful bedrooms to choose from: a king-size room and a family-friendly bunk room with a double bed below and a single above. A fresh, modern shower room completes the interior. Patio doors from the dining area open onto the garden, where outdoor furniture awaits for meals in the fresh air. A couple of steps lead up to a generous lawn, giving children and dogs plenty of room to play. There’s private parking for two cars on the driveway, along with secure bike storage in the shed.

The vibrant seafront at Cromer is just under a mile away, where you’ll find a traditional pier, sandy beach and a lively mix of independent shops, cafes and eateries. The town is also home to the much-loved Cromer Pier Pavilion Theatre and a scenic golf course. Venture further along the coast, and you'll discover quieter seaside towns and villages such as East Runton, Overstrand, Sheringham and Mundesley, all within 7 miles. Inland, the grand grounds of Felbrigg Hall, the ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle and the stately Blickling Estate are all within easy reach.

Comfortable and good sized property and only 15 minute walk to the church/pier. Nice garden with seating area. Property had everything we needed and good to have a parking space.
