This brick-and-flint cottage is close to both the Sandringham Estate and the sandy beaches of The Wash. Comfortably accommodating a pet-loving party of four, it has an enclosed garden, driveway parking and much to enjoy on the doorstep.

Park and unpack at your leisure – this pretty property welcomes you into a hallway with space to store outdoor gear before you head into its social hub, a handsome lounge with inviting sofas and a Smart TV. Close-by, a circular suite sits at the centre of the dining room, which gives access to both a handy utility/cloakroom and the kitchen. Contemporary cabinets and a central island with bar-style seating make this a convivial space to cook and chat, while bi-fold garden doors and a skylight provide plenty of light. As each day draws to an end, climb the stairs to find two bedrooms. Choose between a super-king-size with its own TV, or a double bedroom – each has a wrought-iron bed frame and shares use of the nearby bathroom. Step through those bi-fold doors from the kitchen for effortless patio dining – the rear garden is furnished, fully enclosed and has a lawn where children and pets can play.

Ample parking and secure bike storage mean you can explore the village and its surrounds at your own pace. Visit the local shop and welcoming pub, or walk a mile to historic Sandringham and its Royal Park. For adventures further afield, stroll along the shingle shoreline at Snettisham Beach (5.5 miles), or drive to the Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton (8.5 miles). King’s Lynn (10 miles) has a historic harbour and magnificent market places, while Castle Rising (5 miles) is one of the best-preserved keeps in England, surrounded by 20 acres of earthworks.

This is a beautiful, restored cottage in a lovely small town that has walks from the house. It's immaculate and clean. The beds were very comfortable with good quality mattresses.

This is a beautiful cottage in an excellent location. The lovely Sandringham Estate is literally just around the corner and having 2 dogs was great for daily walks followed by a coffee at the cafe. The cottage has a fully enclosed back garden again perfect for the dogs but also lovely to sit out in on a sunny afternoon. On our arrival we were pleaRead moresantly surprised with the lovely hamper plus milk and butter in the fridge and even a treat and toy for the dogs. Cant fault this property and the location, we had a great holiday. Hide

We had a lovely stay at Trescoe Cottage. The cottage was charming and very tastefully renovated to a high standard and was very well equipped. Lovely welcome pack with local produce. Nice walks close by for our Labradors and good pubs in the village. We would highly recommend Trescoe Cottage and hope to return.

A newly renovated cottage, with everything we needed in a nice village. Great walks on the Sandringham Estate from the front door and lovely beach walks a short drive away.

What a lovely relaxing stay at Trescoe cottage. Beautifully decorated with luxurious bedding and towels. Set in a quiet village but only a short distance from the coast and a 15min walk to Sandringham estate. Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back in the future.
