Lovely family friendly cottage for us and our puppy. Well located and the advice the owners gave us on where to visit pretty much dictated our day trips.

The house is in a great location to access Holt. Unfortunately the main fire in the living room is out of use, so the advert on here is slightly misleading. There is a fire in the dining room but there were no provisions to use it. There is parking for one car, as described, but if you have a second car there is nowhere else to park it other than HRead moreolt public car park which is 44 for the week. The house is nice but in need of a deep clean. We also had no toilet roll, bin bags, cleaning cloths. Hide

The cottage is nice and location very good, the enclosed garden is good for dogs and off road parking very handy. Unfortunately the oven didnt work so we couldn't cook the tea we'd bought in town.

Lovely house in the centre of Holt. It is on 3 floors and narrow staircases. Fine for us but maybe more tricky if mobility issues. Well equipped and nice touch of washing up liquid, soap etc.

Ideally located just off the high street. Great enclosed garden for dogs. Lots of space for a family, with two bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Can't remember if the advert mentioned the sorting office directly opposite but I slept in the front and wasn't disturbed.

Overall we liked the property. It was comfy, well equipped, in an ideal location and we had a lovely break in Holt. However, it was disappointing there was only one shower and it was broken when we arrived. The shower head had come off which meant we could only use the shower by holding the hose. When we phoned the agent we received a yes, we know Read moreabout that and the owner had been informed without any indication as to when it would be fixed. We were left hanging which was a shame.
