The location of Clerk's Cottage is perfect - easy walking distance to the Deer Park, The Victoria, and Holkham Beach - and a short drive to Wells. There's a very small amount of traffic on the road (in and out of the Holkham Park) then 5pm onwards it is beautifully peaceful with almost no cars going by. The cottage is reasonably well equipped althoRead moreugh the bedrooms are a little small. Also the beds and the lounge sofa are unfortunately not the most comfortable. Hide
