Ideal for cliff-top strolls and ventures out into the beautiful countryside, it is also less than 1 mile from the bustling heart of the coastal town of Cromer.

Wander inside to find chic accommodation that has been newly completed. Make your way into the sophisticated open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which has a contemporary style and a calming ambience. Open the glass doors to the garden during summer stays. Prepare the fresh seafood you have bought locally, then serve summer lunches inside or out. Perch at the breakfast bar with a glass of cold fizz or unwind on the soft sofas in front of the Smart TV. One of the immaculate bedrooms, a double, with an en-suite shower room, is also conveniently positioned on the ground floor of the holiday home. A king-size and a double are up on the first floor, together with the sleek family bathroom where you can unwind in the tub or savour a hot shower. Spill out into your private enclosed garden to sizzle supper on the BBQ or enjoy a cup of tea out at the table to the front of the house, where you can look out towards the sea. There is private, off-road parking at this retreat for two cars.

Venture 4 miles into Sheringham to spend time on the beach, potter in the shops or take a heritage steam train to the nearby market town of Holt, known for its boutiques and restaurants. Pass a pleasant afternoon at the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, 3 miles away, where you can explore the historic mansion house and wander the beautiful parkland grounds.

The cottage is very nice and the renovation has been done well. The idea that the heating is controlled by the owners and if you want to change it you have to contact them is not ideal and in cooler months would I believe be rather annoying. The location is ideal for the area with amenities within walking distance. Unfortunately the cottage neRead morext door is currently being renovated, with the noise associated with such work, I believe we should have been informed and given the opportunity to cancel with a full refund if we wanted to. I did bring this up with the owner/caretaker who told me they had decided not to tell their holiday makers! We found it very annoying with building working starting on one day well before 7:0 am. Lovely accommodation, very comfortable and high end luxury for a holiday rental. Very good location, about quarter of a mile walk to the beach. Good communication with the owners. Not many rentals would take 3 Dogs but Sea Breeze did. Lovely doggie blankets and treats left by owners. Also great welcome pack left for Humans to enjoy.

Beautiful, comfortable, very modern property with excellent garden. Owners are extremely helpful and there is obvious attention to detail within. East Runton has four excellent places to eat, including take away fish and chips and handy local shop for groceries and newspapers. Parking is excellent for residents. If you have mobility issues it cRead morean be difficult to get down to the beach and you will need a car to get to nearby towns. Hide
