Located in the friendly village of Snettisham, you’ll be a short distance from popular local eateries, and the much-loved Snettisham Park.

Step inside to discover a welcoming and beautifully presented home. The entrance hall has plenty of room for coats and boots, before leading you through a striking arched doorway into the heart of the house – a spacious open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well-equipped and features a central island with bar stools, while the elegant dining table is ideal for lazy breakfasts and relaxed evening meals. French doors open directly to the courtyard, allowing indoor and outdoor living. There are two luxurious lounges to choose from – one with a cosy wood burner for snug nights in, and both with plush seating and Smart TVs, giving your group plenty of space to unwind. Also on the ground floor is a utility room, a shower room, and a twin bedroom (bedroom 4, zip-and-link, can be super-king on request) with its own en-suite shower room and French doors to the patio. Upstairs, the indulgent super-king-size bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Two further twin bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill shower room, providing convenience for all. The property also benefits from air conditioning in the kitchen, reception room and 2 main bedrooms

Nature lovers will enjoy a visit to RSPB Snettisham, where the vast landscape of The Wash provides a haven for wading birds. Head north to explore the coastal villages of Heacham (3 miles) and Hunstanton (5 miles), both with sandy stretches of beach, seaside fun, and a great selection of restaurants and pubs. For days out, Sandringham Estate, Houghton Hall, Bircham Windmill and Norfolk Lavender are all within 9 miles.

This is a brilliant place to stay, very modern, comfortable and spacious. We had six adults, a baby and three dogs and never felt on top of one another. Altogether we a lovely holiday there, the only thing that could have been better was the weather. Snettisham is a pleasant village to spend the week, and there's a variety of things to do locally.Read more I would whole heartedly recommend this holiday home. Hide

The barn was brand new and exceptional in its decor and accessoires. Kitchen was immaculate and a great space to socialise. Justin the caretaker was professional, friendly and always ready to help. Would definitely go back and would highly recommend. The owner has put a lot of thought and effort to provide visitors with a great experience.
