Five steps lead up into this shepherd's hut with its cosy, bright and cheerful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom. Directly opposite the entrance, a comfortable sofa is an ideal space for you to unwind, with a Smart TV usefully mounted on the wall. A breakfast bar is on the other side of the door, next to a fully equipped kitchen space. The hut has ample storage, including a cute dog den set beneath the plush king-size bed. There's also an invigorating shower room. Outside, the enclosed garden has a cute private patio with a BBQ and garden furniture, offering views over the charming lawn and across the surrounding fields. Private parking for one car is available in the car park of the nearby Victoria Hotel.
The hut enjoys a serene location on the glorious Holkham Estate which is home to the impressive Palladian-style 18th-century Holkham Hall. The hall lies within stunning grounds with a lake, an ice house, a deer park and a walled garden. The beautiful Holkham Beach and Nature Reserve is just a mile away, with the characterful coastal village of Wells-next-the-Sea just 2 miles away. Nature spotters can take boat trips out to see the seals at Blakeney Point or Scolt Head Island.
