This beautiful brick and flint cottage is in the quaint village of Bodham, 4 miles from the Norfolk market town of Holt. With five guests welcome, this property is just 3 miles from North Norfolk’s sandy beaches and dramatic coast paths, and you’ll also be near the National Trust’s Sheringham Park (1.5 miles) and Felbrigg Hall (5.5 miles).

Step inside this traditional, detached Norfolk home and into the bright, contemporary kitchen, which has everything needed to prepare delicious feasts, which you can share at the charming dining table. After dinner, retire to the gorgeous lounge with views of the garden through French doors. Sink into the plump sofa to catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. Upstairs, discover three relaxing bedrooms, all with stylish furniture. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the double and single bedrooms share a sleek family bathroom. Outside, the enclosed garden has been thoughtfully landscaped, with flower beds, a lawn, and a choice of seating areas. The patio adjacent to the house has furniture for al fresco dining on a summer’s evening. The property has private parking for two cars.

Head into Holt to potter amongst its beautiful Georgian houses and browse the fine array of independent shops, boutiques, and galleries. The town also has an excellent choice of cafes and restaurants. In the town, you can hop aboard the steam trains of the North Norfolk Railway to jaunt through the countryside to the seaside resort of Sheringham. Here, you can spend the day on the long, sandy beach, stroll along the promenade, or hire a beach hut for the full holiday experience. For wildlife enthusiasts, a visit to Blakeney Point (8 miles) is a must, where you can admire England’s largest grey seal colony.

Cottage lovely....just unfortunate that children up the street were out all weekend and every evening screaming and shouting up and down the street and the path directly by the side of the lounge and also garden. Dustbin men turned up at 6.50 a.m., jets were flying over the cottage for 45 mins at 7.45 a.m another morning, one evening ( just after mRead moreidnight) a female up the road decided to stand outside and talk on the phone for a long time..so although it was warm the bedroom windows had to be shut.....so unfortunately it wasn't the quiet relaxing week we were looking forward to.... A lovely house with everything you needed. A delightful landscaped garden. Perfect position for visiting lots of National Trust properties, the North Norfolk coast, beaches and other attractions. The local pub which you can walk to serves very good meals. Had a very good week and would certainly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosanne Cottage, It truly was a home from home. The cottage is peaceful and in a great location for visiting north Norfolk towns and villages. The local pub serves great food and there are good restaurants in the area. We hope one day to return.

A nice house in a good location. Lovely garden. Plenty of places to visit nearby. No welcome pack which was disappointing and whatever the old building behind the house is used for currently caused quite a lot of noise late at night, most nights which isnt ideal with young children in the back bedroom.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely, well-equipped, and beautifully presented cottage. There was plenty of space for our family of four, and the wonderful garden was a real highlight perfect for relaxing after a day out. The cottage had all the home comforts we could need, yet there was so much to do locally, from scenic walks right on the doorRead morestep to a variety of attractions nearby. A perfect balance of comfort and adventure wed happily return. Hide
