A smart, modern retreat set in a quiet and safe location on the fringes of Norwich, this stylish cottage makes the perfect base for spending time in the historic city. Sleeping six guests, the three-bedroom house is just 500 metres from Bowthorpe Southern Park, with its lake and riverside walks. Eaton and Earlham parks are also within walkable distance. Some 3.2 miles from the city centre, guests can also make the most of Norwich’s many shopping areas, including its colourful market, cobbled Lanes and undercover centres. Visit the famous cathedral and castle during your stay and book tickets to a West End show at the theatre or Hollywood blockbuster at one of the cinemas. Venture 6.5 miles to Whitlingham Country Park and the start of the magnificent Norfolk Broads. Plan a day out on the spectacular North Norfolk coast. The vibrant seaside town of Cromer is a 25-mile drive. Pause on the way back to visit the National Trust’s Blickling Hall. The University of East Anglia, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and Spire Norwich Hospital are all within 2 miles.

Open the front door and enter to find pristine accommodation designed to offer you exceptional comfort.
