Really lovely house in a nice quiet area. Local amenities (shop, pub etc) are within a 10 minute walk which was very nice. Bus stop is also just round the corner if you want to ride into Norwich rather than drive. The house is very well presented and kept clean and tidy through out. Also very modern kitchen and appliances! Overall we enjoyed our Read morestay (a long weekend) and will definitely keep this place in mind if visiting the area again. Thank you so much. Hide

This is a lovely modern clean and spacious home in a BEAUTIFUL part of Norwich - Bowthorpe is a friendly leafy community connected by walkways and cycle paths to shops, pub, health facilities, bakery, community gardens, craft workshops all five minutes walk. Roys of Bowthorpe is a wonderful independent friendly well stocked supermarket. The house dRead moreoesn't really have a meaningful view of the lake but is just a couple of minutes walk from the extensive walks through the nature reserves around the river Yare (we saw a kingfisher, little egrets, Cetti's warblers, kestrel and kites close to the house) with great walking and bus connections. The owner was very helpful and attentive and kept in touch by text when anything needed. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation Hide

We loved this property. We hardly went in the lounge as we enjoyed sitting around the kitchen table. It was a joy to have plenty of mugs as we drink lots of tea. The atmosphere in the house was lovely. Would recommend. Oh! and an easy drive into the city centre too!
