Ideally placed for exploring the beautiful Norfolk Coast National Landscape, this holiday home in the village of Mundesley sleeps five guests, with a truckle bed for one extra. The wide, sandy beach, lined with charming colourful huts, is a family favourite for its gently sloping sands, with lifeguards on duty in the summer season. The village is also a great base for walkers, who can walk for miles along the glorious coastal path on the doorstep. Mundesley has shops and a good range of eateries, as well as a small, yet fascinating Maritime Museum. It is also home to a 9-hole golf course with splendid views across the coast. The traditional seaside resort of Cromer, with its fine Victorian pier, the tranquil waterways of the Norfolk Broads and magnificent 17th-century Felbrigg Hall and Gardens are all within 10 miles.

Entering from the front door, discover the compact kitchen on the left, kitted with all you need to rustle up meals. Continue down the hallway to the welcoming living room, housing a pair of stylish and comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a well-stocked bookcase for holiday reading. Cushions and lamps enhance the homely atmosphere. The room opens into a conservatory with patio doors to the garden. This light-filled space features a pretty dining table that seats six and another cosy sofa, ideal for a quiet read. There is also a ground-floor WC. Head upstairs and, after a day of sea air, sleep soundly in three inviting bedrooms. These comprise a super-king-size, a bunk room and a single. A bright and spacious family bathroom completes the layout.

Outside, the enclosed garden with astro turf has outdoor seating and dining furniture, perfect for a fish and chips supper. There is private parking for two cars and on-street parking, subject to availability.
