The sofa in the snug is also a full-size double bed, so this room can be a ground-floor bedroom if required. When you are ready for some shuteye, climb the stairs to the three further sumptuous bedrooms. Two of which have lovely king-size beds and en-suite shower room, while the third bedroom has zip-and-link twin beds which can be a super-king if required, providing flexible sleeping arrangements. A family bathroom completes the interior. Outside, you will find a superb, large garden with a patio and a lawn area where you can sit out on balmy evenings al fresco dining. Private parking is available for four cars.
Located in the centre of the charming town of Holt, you will find independent shops and restaurants within 0.5 miles and easily accessible on foot. If you fancy a long walk, head to the fabulous Holt Country Park (1 mile), or up to the coast and join the Norfolk Coast Path (4.5 miles), which winds alongside some stunning scenery. Spend a day out with the whole group at the fabulous seaside town of Cromer, which is just 10 miles away.
