This would be a beautiful house to stay at in the summer, the grounds are lovely and the sofas and beds comfortable. Unfortunately the heating system is very noisy, which resulted in us leaving a day early after three nights of disturbed sleep. I reported the problem as early as the office hours allowed me and was told there was nothing wrong.

The location and overall facilities of the house well suited our three generation group. Sadly on arrival the house was very dusty with cobwebs in all rooms. This was disappointing as the house, although in need of decorating and a bit of tlc has much to offer in terms of the configuration of the rooms. Great size house and location, the view across the field, and the sunsets are incredible. Blakeney is absolutely stunning, and the local pub serve great breakfasts. The house could do with some TLC, and a better vacuum cleaner, but the kitchen and bathrooms are well cared for and kitted out. The welcome packs of goodies were a lovely treat.

The Cottage is spacious and homely with beautiful views of the countryside and fabulous walks. Our two Yorkshire Terriers really enjoyed their walks and running around the lovely wrap around garden. This is our second visit in two years. That says it all
